Rendered in a satin that catches light without ever looking loud, Dotty Darling pairs puffed sleeves with a soft straight bandeau neckline and a hand-tacked rosette corsage that sits just off-centre at the bust — the one detail that stops it from ever reading as "just a polka dot dress." A gathered wrap-front waist nips things in before the skirt kicks out into an easy mini.
