1. Fast Dispatch
We know you're eager to wear your new favorite piece, so we work fast to get it moving:

Same-Day Shipping: Place your order before 3:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday), and we’ll ship it out the very same day.

Next-Day Shipping: Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on Sundays/Public Holidays will head out the next business day.

Preorders: For our special preorder styles, please check the Product Page for a specific estimated dispatch date—these pieces are worth the wait!
2. Delivery Timelines & Costs

Free Standard Shipping: We offer free shipping on all orders across India. It’s our way of saying thank you.

Timeline: Depending on where you are, your package will typically arrive within 3–5 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for orders up to ₹10,000 for a flat convenience fee of ₹150.

Track Your Journey: As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll send tracking details via Email, SMS, and WhatsApp so you can follow it right to your door.

4. Important: Delivery Discrepancies
If your tracking status says "Delivered" but the package isn't in your hands, please let us know within 3 days (72 hours).
Note: Due to courier partner policies, we are unable to raise an investigation or claim after 72 hours have passed. We want to help, so please reach out to us promptly!
