Every piece at Meant For You is created with intention and undergoes a rigorous Quality Control (QC) process before it leaves our hands. If something doesn't align, here is our simple and clear return process.
Return Policy
Since every garment is thoroughly checked and QC-verified before being sent to you, we do not accept general returns or offer monetary refunds.
Exceptions for Defects: In the rare event of a serious garment constructional defect, you may request a replacement.

Return Window: Requests must be placed within 48 hours of order delivery.

Requirement: You must attach clear pictures and a video of the defect so our team can verify the issue and get in touch.
Pickup & Quality Check
Once your return request is approved and booked:

Pickup: A pickup will be scheduled within 24–48 hours.

Warehouse: The product will be delivered back to our warehouse for inspection.

Arrival QC: A final quality check (QC) will be conducted upon arrival to ensure the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Refund Process
Upon successful quality verification:

Source Refund: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment mode.

Timeline: Please allow for standard banking processing times for the credit to reflect in your account.
Return Charges

A return handling fee of ₹200 per order will be deducted from the final refund amount.
